1. Introduction

The Craft Leather Private Limited (“The Craft Leather”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates thecraftleather.com and associated digital experiences. These terms govern access to our B2B ordering portal, retail storefront, and all related services.

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services you agree to these Terms & Conditions. For enterprise agreements, these terms supplement the executed Master Service Agreement (MSA).

2. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

Corporate buyers must provide accurate business credentials, GST/Tax IDs, and authorized signatory details. We may seek additional KYC documentation to comply with DPDP, GDPR, and local regulations.

Account owners are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and ensuring only authorized personnel place orders or access confidential product information.

3. Product Information & Pricing

Catalogue pricing shared on the portal is indicative and may vary based on customisation, finishing, packaging, and logistics requirements.

Written quotations remain valid for 14 calendar days unless stated otherwise. Currency conversions follow the TT selling rate issued by our banking partners on the date of invoicing.

4. Orders, Approvals & Payments

Orders placed through the portal or via email are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment defined in the quotation or MSA.

Purchase orders that require sampling or branding must include approved artwork and written sign-off before production begins.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, cheque (India), or approved payment gateways. International remittances must cover intermediary banking charges.

5. Production, Shipping & Delivery

Lead times communicated in proposals commence after design approvals, advance receipt, and material confirmation. Force majeure events and supply shortages will be notified promptly.

Domestic deliveries are fulfilled DDP. International shipments follow Incoterms agreed in the quotation. Buyers are responsible for import duties, customs clearance, and local compliance.

Tracking information is shared within 24 hours of dispatch. Delays triggered by courier or customs agencies are outside our direct control, however escalation support is provided.

6. Quality Assurance, Returns & Cancellations

Every batch follows documented QA checkpoints covering raw material integrity, finishing, sizing, packaging, and labelling.

Return requests must be raised within seven (7) calendar days of delivery with supporting imagery and lot numbers. Approved returns will be repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion.

Orders with custom branding, monogramming, or made-to-measure specifications are non-cancellable once production has commenced.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All product designs, catalogues, photography, and copywriting remain the intellectual property of The Craft Leather unless transferred through a written agreement.

Client trademarks and creative assets shared for customisation remain owned by the respective entities. We will only use such assets to fulfil the stated scope.

8. Data Protection & Privacy
